01800	your  HDC-5C-100-2-BL  harmonic drive component sets.  They are being
01900	returned under YOUR return order number RGA-3151 given to us  several

02200		You  will note that these drive sets have your old style fine
02300	pitch gear teeth.  Per our understanding,  you  have  replaced  these
02400	five sets with your newer style, 2 tooth difference models.  For your
02500	records, the unused drive sets are so marked.   Only  two  sets  were
02600	used,  both  for  extremely  short  periods  of  time  (less than 100
02700	revolutions of  the  output  shaft-total). One  of  these  two  units
02800	ratcheted and is so marked.  The other operated properly, but was not
02900	fully tested following the ratchetting problem of  the  first  drive.
03000	The  new  units  appear to be stronger and more ratchet resistant (no
03100	problems so far).

03300		The  5  replacement  units you sent to us came via a purchase
03400	order for 10 units  from  the  Dest  Data  Corporation  of  Sunnyvale
03500	Calif.- Their P.O. Number was #4156.  It is my understanding that you
03600	will credit Dest Data Corp. for the full price of our purchase  order
03700	($1450.00).  Our  p.o  number  for  the original order was #US 447720
